Well, took this photo back in November 2008, again it is in Chiang Mai.If I am not mistaken they are the contestants for the Loi Krathong Beauty Queen.....
The condition was not perfect for IR photography, almost dark and cloudy....... this was the best from about half a dozen shots taken that evening.
